Hi, I am Jessica and I am a homemaker and avid healthnut who loves making tasty healthy food for my friends and family to enjoy. I have been into health and wellness for most of my life, thanks to the healthy influences of my mom and my grandparents. Their guidance helped me to see the value of growing and eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and healthy meats. It brings me great joy to share the knowledge and experience that I have gained to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle. Prior to becoming a homemaker, I was a pilates instructor in a physical therapy clinic. This job brought me great satisfaction and helped me to see how much I loved teaching others about wellness.

Upon the arrival of our daughter, who is now 3, I chose to stay at home and become a full-time mom. It is the most rewarding job I have ever done. Each day is an adventure that I am so blessed to be a part of. My love of healthy eating has definitely influenced my daughter and her palette (she enjoys eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables).
I am also a "healthy eating" source to many of my friends. When someone wants a healthy recipe or way to lighten up a dish that they already have, I tend to be the one they call (especially for baking recipes, which I just love to tweek and make healthier).
